“Our Brand is Crisis” Screencaptures

Our Brand is Crisis was released in DVD and Blu-Ray last February 2nd, and you can also buy it on demand on Amazon and iTunes.

The film is inspired by Rachel Boynton’s 2005 documentary which featured famed campaign maestro James Carville and his participation in an actual Bolivian election. The main role, here played by Sandra Bullock as “Calamity” Jane Bodine, was originally written for a man in Peter Straughn’s screenplay but changed to a woman when Bullock expressed interest in the part to producers George Clooney and Grant Heslov. The film is also co-starred by Billy Bob Thornton, Anthony Mackie, Joaquim de Almeida, Zoe Kazan and Ann Dowd.

Sandra visits “The Ellen Show”

Last Thursday (29) Sandra and her Our Brand is Crisis co-stars Billy Bob Thornton and Anthony Mackie visited The Ellen Show as part of the New York promotion for the film. Ellen has posted a interview excerpt on her official youtube channel.
